Four Steps to Restoring Democracy
President Obama may be slow to act on progressive issues, but there are signs that he is open to persuasion. If we want to see changes more potent than a return to Clinton-era centrism, we will need to create the popular will to support them. Here are four vital but non-partisan issues on which we can organize that Obama would likely support. Collectively they would restore our lost democracy.
