Reasons why Bradley Manning's alleged Crimes are Serious and deserve Harsh Punishment (145 comments)
I thought that was the point of Wikileaks, to highlight issues that need investigation. I was therefore extremely disappointed when I heard that the next thing being released was over 250,000 miscellaneous materials that are mostly diplomatic cables that suggest no wrongdoing that needs to be investigated. That was the beginning of my disillusionment with Wikileaks and as more information came out about the materials...
Rand Paul -" Embattled GOP Senate Nominee Cancels Meet the Press Appearance (5 comments)
For a politician to beg out of attending means things are so bad for them that their handlers believe that they do not have the ability to handle the tough questions that might be asked on the show and thus this incredible opportunity to introduce yourself to millions of voters and potential contributors on TVs most respected political show has to be squandered.
My Presentation on the New Health Care Reform Law to Harlem4
I was asked to speak to the Harlem4 organization and help them understand the new HealthCare Reform Law and what it will mean to them. I gave a 32 minute presentation that describes the law and I videotaped it and uploaded it to youtube. Due to limits on the size/duration of Youtube videos, I had to break it up into four parts.

Joe Lieberman plays the Scorned Ex so well (8 comments)
Are there any lengths to which Joe Lieberman will not go in order to punish the Democratic Party for denying him the nomination for senate three years ago?
Students Biggest Lesson from Obama Speech? Republicans Lie - A LOT! (7 comments)
Students learned one important lesson from the speech and it is an unintended one as far as politicians on both side are concerned. The dissonance between what the Republicans claimed would be in the speech and the speech that was given will forever have these students questioning whether anything the Republican Party and its politicians and pundits say is true or yet another fantastic lie.
Unemployment – Yes I bet 7.5% or lower by August 22, 2010 (3 comments)
Today, on the Fox News' show “Cashin' In”, I bet that in one year, unemployment will be at or below 7.5%. I backed up that bet with some serious, albeit humorous (for everyone but me, I assure you) potential consequences.

Healthcare Reform Foes Claim US Citizens To Be Made Into Vampires (3 comments)
In the latest round of sensationalist claims coming from Healthcare reform opponents, the claim is being made that, to save money and make Healthcare reform budget neutral, the latest Democratic plan mandates that US citizens are to be made into vampires.
Palin Resignation - She Got "Fed Up" (2 comments)
Many of us speculated as to the reason for the resignation but having seen now the reports after a few days, it is Stuart Varney who I think nailed the reason for the resignation. Stuart's first read was that Palin got "Fed Up".

Tea Parties Fail to Draw Anywhere Near Predicted Attendance (44 comments)
For the event to have so low a turnout after two weeks of non-stop promotion by Fox News and the backing of all of these heavy hitting Republican think tanks is a statement in itself. Just think about what a few minutes of time on a major nationwide cable network like Fox News costs to buy.
