Then too many of their loved ones suffer more with foreclosures, while the uber-rich merely party-on. What's wrong here in America? Is this the kind of country you want to step forward for? Do we need to add another kind of army? One that learns skills, wins hearts and minds, and understands the real world.

Generals wish America had this AWSC policy 20 years ago

General McChrystal's COIN goals would have been doable, because we would have built a more solid, educated community during less violent times.
