I am a thirty one year old Iraq war vet. I do not consider myself party affiliated, but do tend to lean right in most cases. I feel the vast majority of politicians, especially ones that have spent their entire life in politics, are essentially corrupt and just down right creeps, regardless of party. However, I tend to get more upset with average people if they display blatant and un-objective partisanship towards one party or the other. It is easy to spot these drones by their typical FOX News or George Bush rants or even clever catch phrases such as "tax cuts for the rich."
I prefer to promote individual thought and logical discourse with minimal name calling. We all have tendencies that eventually lead to name calling, but I believe we need to end the Right vs. Left crap because that's exactly what the politicians want from us. We instead need to turn focus to The People vs. The Creepy Politicians. Because at the end of the day, a politician that has held in office in excess of 10 years, is only concerned with holding on to the office, and not you or I.
