Actions: 1. regulate banks and secondary mortgage market more stringently 2. mandate modification of predatory and subprime loans in bankruptcy court 3. suspend all foreclosures for six months 4. provide help for homeowners from GSE's: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae and FHLBB 5. Do not allow Federal pre-emption against stronger state laws.
