He's a retired US Navy Chief Warrant Officer. Nowadays he lives in Alaska where he spends most of his time working in his woodshop or fishing. I don't believe the Earth is flat, all right minded people know that it is really a giant rectilinear-shaped cardboard refrigerator box. As proof, I can see a strip of the packing tape on the lid from where I'm sitting - it only looks like a jet contrail...
