Peace by Plebiscite: An Alternative End to the Israeli-Palestinian War Proposes bypassing the governments of Israel and the Palestinians with a plebiscite in which Israeli and Palestinian populations would vote on the same day, each by majority vote, to accept or reject a Regional Peace Treaty. The current so-called peace process needs to be abandoned and a Regional Peace Treaty developed through the joint efforts of the European Union, Arab League, and the United Nations to end the war.

Just as Social Security and unemployment taxes cover the costs of labor security, the Capital Security Tax should cover the costs of capital security.
