Occupy Wall Street Day 13: Top Cop - It's OK Occupation Can Stay Today, a Precinct community council is being held regarding NYPD Deputy Inspector Anthony Bologna the officer caught on video pepper spraying marchers bound for Union Square this past Saturday.
