I have been a social justice community organizer, advocate and activist all of my adult life as well as a writer and poet.
I have lived and thrived with HIV for 26 years. I have had multiple careers as an entroproneaur and sometimes "wage slave" over the years. I became permanently disabled with PTSD after being mugged and nearly beaten to death in December of 2000. I currently live in Northwest Arkansas where I care for my elderly mother who has multiple crippling health challenges. I am healthy and fit eating organic, practicing yoga and walking 3 miles in the woods every day.
I am passionate about Freedom of Expression, EQUALITY FOR ALL LIVING THINGS, community building, ecological sustainability, bioregionalism, Earth Liberation, Against Civilization, racial and gender equality, Indigenous Peoples Rights, Endangered Species, LGBTQ rights, Massage, Meditation, Music, People, Hiking, Volunteering, Walking, Writing, poetry, Yoga, Reading and creating an egalitarian society based on human dignity, mutual aid, voluntary cooperation, individual freedom, the liberation of desire and the pursuit of happiness with respect and care for all creatures and creation.

Krishnamurti, Edwin Markham, Eugene Ionesco, Robert Duncan, Abraham Joshua Heschel, James Arthur Baldwin, Hellen Keller, Bertolt Brecht, Hildegard of Bingen, Meister Eckhart, Lucretia Mott, and Henry Miller.
I am good at massage therapy, hair cutting, writing, editing, organizing, storytelling, gardening, communicating/public speaking, teaching, aromatherapy, and yoga instruction.
