As a nation, we are all being gutted by high fuel prices, food costs that are rising so rapidly that the "average American" is experiencing difficulty in keeping food on the table for their families - and the sub-prime crisis and subsequent collapse of several corporations that were once household names is rapidly causing the collapse of our entire economy. Progressive and Liberal writers, now often joined by Republicans as well, have been attempting to organize the people to participate in a general strike - but as usual, the mainstream news media refuses to tell America the truth - and the people remain unaware that the worst is yet to come, and that as a nation, the Bush administration is playing God with all of our lives... "The Decider" has ignored the majority of the people and has demonstrated, time and time again, that the average American is meaningless in the scheme of his quest to dominate and enslave America, breaking us down to the point that people find it hard to attend peaceful protests because they can't afford the gas to travel where they are needed. I noted in an article that appeared on RAW Story that many truckers in South Dakota couldn't attend a planned protest because they couldn't afford the fuel - which is obviously the intent of destroying the American economy. Destitute people cannot risk a day or a few hours of their wages as they live from check to check - and its been planned that way as the government uses food and fuel as a weapon against the American people! I commend your efforts in the recent protest that was staged in Washington, D.C., however, when I learned that Jeff Sessions, a leading Neo-conservative and an individual that helped to get us all in this mess in the first place stated that:
If you believe that Jeff Sessions gives a rats butt what happen to the "average American", then you might as well quit reading this call to action to the only group of individuals that still has enough power to literally shut-down this country until Congress does their duty and immediately impeaches and prosecutes those who have spat on our constitution and violated our own laws, as well as international law that has made the world's premier democracy into the most hated and feared nation on earth!
Whereas I commend your efforts, I also believe the protest was ineffective and meaningless; Congress and the Presidency will only respond to large-scale protests that impact the bottom-line of the corporations that are profiting from the misery of America - and based on an article in the New York Sun, within two (2) years gas prices could reach $7.00 to $10.00 dollars per gallon for gasoline, and what diesel will cost will effectively end the careers of ALL independent truckers throughout the entire country. If you don't take action today, there will be no "tomorrow" for your livelihoods, and what you have worked for all of your lives will vanish - just as our manufacturing base and millions of jobs that were outsourced to nations that are now economic powerhouses - all compliments of the Bush administration as they progressively destroy this nation and transfer the wealth of the Average American to their corporate buddies and the elitists that rule this nation!
http://justanothercoverup.com/ I am nothing more than a patriotic American that is doing whatever I can to further the cause of democracy, the rule of law, and am absolutely outraged on how the Bush administration is defying our Congress, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights! Footnote: I write in a style that I believe is appropriate in today's world where we can't trust the Mainstream News Media, and rather than concentrating on one article alone, which may or may not receive the exposure and emphasis it should, I prefer to meld several relevant stories together, that each taken alone may not expose the entire situation, but when taken-in as a whole, tend to give the reader a better understanding of the subject. One article or story alone does not represent the "Big Picture" - but when several are effectively tied-together it often reveals a trend or broader view of the subject matter that is important to completely understand any given situation. http://justanothercoverup.com/
