First, the corporate media attempted to ignore the January 27 anti-war march on Washington. As the Internet and progressive talk radio spread the word about the march and groups around the nation began to mobilize their members to participate in it, the Bush administration -- now armed with all sorts of Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) "non-lethal" toys, decided to stage a test of an anti-crowd microwave weapon, code named "Sheriff," in a demonstration for the media at Moody Air Force Base in Georgia.
On January 24, the military demonstrated its Active Denial System (ADS) millimeter wave directed energy beam in a test designed for the media, and hence, the public. Using enlisted airman, acting as "rioters," as "guinea pigs," a beam was directed at them from a parabolic antenna located 500 yards away atop a Humvee. The wave heated the skin of the "rioters" to 130 degrees, creating the feeling in the targets that they were being burned alive, scattering them in the process.
The military pointed out that the beam can penetrate winter clothing (which will be worn by those participating in Saturday's march) and 1/64th of an inch under the skin. As with any electronic weapon, it is clear that the "juice" can be turned up on Sheriff to cause more than a nasty skin burn, including internal organ damage, blindness, and death.
The weapon was developed under a contract awarded by the Pentagon's non-lethal weapons program office at the Quantico, Virginia Marine Corps Base to Raytheon.
The public testing of such a weapon by the military just prior to what may be the largest anti-war march in Washington since the Vietnam War is a clear message by the Pentagon to marchers that the millimeter wave technology exists and is deployable. Psychologically, most people find the idea of being burned alive frightening and this Pentagon "show and tell" was an obvious ploy to scare away marchers, especially those planning to bring their families.
However, marchers should keep in mind that a Humvee is no match against hundreds of thousands of marchers and that any attempt to use such a weapon would have one shot before an angry crowd descended on the vehicle and rendered it useless as both a weapon and a vehicle.

IF government forces use a weapon like this to stifle mass protest and dissent... the people will create new and more creative methods TO dissent. FOR EXAMPLE, mass protest rallies COULD then be replaced by 'days of rage' where small groups would disperse throughout the city or state or nation and engage in multiple lightening protest strikes against property and assets.
The government is unprepared for that and would bemoan the day they made nonviolent protests obsolete. What the people in power now FEAR MOST is unexpected, surprise strikes from small groups and lone actors.
Better to continue tolerating mass nonviolent demonstrations than to be subjected to paralyzing and destructive actions by thousands of piffed off revolutionaries.

"When peacful change becomes impossible... violent change becomes inevitable!"

Thank you Wayne Madsen! I must totally agree with you. Whether or not they admit to using it, or have it on display in Washington as a scare tactic it will be something this evil crime family will use. Sadly, this is a declassified weapon system now. Trust me when I say this - they already have and are using even more vile radio frequency, microwave, and laser weapons. This was made public to warn the public and try and keep them in line. Good Luck though. They can hit us with all they have got, but the revolution has begun. It will be peaceful and legal and it will not be televised.

The Pentagon needs to consider setting aside some money to pay the "Beings" who gave them the idea for a micro-wave behavior modification device.
"ET" shot a US Airforce fighter jet plane out of the air on July 1, 1954 over Walesville, New York.
The plane crashed and immolated 4 people on the ground.
The pilot reported that the UFO shot him with a "Heat Force weapon," that made him feel like he was on fire.
The pilot thought that "ET" pulled his ejection seat lever at the same time, as he had temporarily passed out from the heat beam.
While on the subject of Patents, the Pentagon should also consider paying some fees to "ET" for the night vision glasses, that were first discovered on board the UFO that was dropped at Roswell in 1947.
"ET" also has used a sound beam on a few Air force pilots who were in need of some behavior modification.
The Pentagon is also developing a sound beam weapon to use on demonstrators who are protesting against the plans of our nuclear war fighting genocidal cannibal Fiend elite, to kill us in an all out nuclear war.
"ET" shot 2 pilots with a sound beam device in August of 2001 in the Ben Mac Dui mountain range of Scotland.
The pilots went unconscious for a few moments and during that lapse the F-16s went on computer control and should have kept flying until the pilots awoke. Instead, "ET" froze their fuel lines, and they were sent from "Here to Eternity."
So the Pentagon is a regular copycat of "ET" technology, and to give credit where credit is due, the Pentagon should put some funds aside to pay some Patent fees to "ET," for jumping the "ET" technology.
Of course, if this went to a patent court, "ET" may sue for damages, because it is clear that "ET" would not license their technology to Fiends to use against innocent people.
Any jury that would hear the evidence against the Pentagon, would declare it to be genocidally hazardous and toxic to humanity, and shut it down, promptly. By another method necessary.
As Senator John Stennis said: "When the people find out what is going on; "It is going to Blow the Pentagon, right out of the water."
A Rabbi wrote a book years ago titled "When Bad things happen to good people." After reading about what "ET" has done to modify the behavior of our Nuclear war fighting Fiend elite, I am considering re-doing the Rabbi's book, and titling it "When Bad things happen to Bad people."
For sure it's hard to understand folks but, Our nuclear War Fiends have pulled the nuclear "Trigger" on us. We are only alive because "ET" has stepped in and blocked the extermination of the human race.
We are the "Living Dead."
This is why "ET" is still classified several levels higher than "Above Top Secret."
