Dear Friends and Activists,
Yesterday Marcy Winograd (D-CA36) was featured on the front page of the Metro section of the Los Angeles times, talking about her very credible primary challenge. Likewise, Bob McCloskey (D-CA29) has made multiple appearances on KPFK, the Pacifica station in Los Angeles, in the last couple days. And Charles Coleman (D-CA28) was featured on California Politics Today with an extended video interview.
Together the founding members of the Impeach Team are getting more and more attention for their message that they're not just waiting to get elected, they are not even waiting to win their own primaries, they are standing up for us now.
At the site above you can hear their inspirational radio spot which will start running on the Air America Radio national stream today, synchronized with prominent banner ads. In this "call to action" spot they encourage even more people to speak out as they themselves are doing now, to draw a line in the sand and call for the immediate impeachment of both president Bush and vice-president Cheney for their many lies, deceptions and abuses of power.
Thanks to your donations they are hoping to start running this same radio spot in heavy rotation also on the Los Angeles affiliate of Air America Radio as soon as this weekend. Won't you take a moment to listen to this radio spot so you can hear for yourself what it sounds like when a candidate appeals to our better nature and sense of justice? Won't you take a moment to feel the power of candidates working together and standing together to rally their consituencies for positive policy change?

Then please consider doing all you can to support these courageous candidates who are out there fighting for you. Any donation you can make empowers them to reach out further and further with their "call to action" ads. Help them to get their leadership message out that not only is change possible, it is possible NOW if only each of us will speak out to make that change happen.
