NEW ACTION PAGE TO FILIBUSTER ALITO: http://www.nocrony.com

CALL YOUR SENATORS RIGHT NOW at 888-818-6641, 888-355-3588 or 800-426-8073.

Remember when John Roberts told us at his hearing how much he respected the will of the people and it was not his place to overturn that will. Well, it did not take him long to come charging out of the chute like a raging activist bull and show his true colors . . . now did it?

In his very first case on the bench Roberts had given very strong indications by his confrontational questions that he was determined to overturn the Oregon assisted suicide law, which had TWICE been approved by voter initiative. And sure enough in a 6-3 decision today he turned up in the extreme radical minority with . . . oh, you'll just never guess . . . yes, that's right, Scalia and Thomas, in doing their best to again stubbornly try to defy the will of the majority.

In the race for the coveted "Most Evasive Supreme Court Nominee" we have to admit it was a close call between Roberts and Alito. Both pretended they had nothing much to do with the extreme reactionary Federalist society, whose agenda it is to turn the clock of law back to the 12th century of a king and his serfs. Both swore they would carefully consider each case on its merits and not be one of those mean old "activist" judges. But where Roberts just flat out lied, Alito's unparalleled evasiveness made him the inevitable choice.

Take for example the case of Roe v. Wade. At his hearing, Roberts stated an opinion that it was settled law. Alito refused to say. Both men, if given the opportunity would without hesitation in fact cast the deciding vote to turn this precedent upside down, notwithstanding their incessant babbling about their respect for stare decisis. But Alito was already on the record stating in no uncertain terms his belief that Roe was constitutionally wrong, a view that Robert Bork believes Alito no doubt continues to hold. So in sidestepping repeated attempts to get him to confirm or deny this, that makes Alito the hands down evasive champion.

WE CAN STOP ALITO IF YOU CALL YOUR SENATORS RIGHT NOW

We all recognize the enormous peril that Alito represents. All except a couple of chump senators who still don't get it, claiming they haven't heard from enough of their constituents yet. They must hear from us more. We must pick up our phones right now and call one of the toll free numbers, 888-818-6641, 888-355-3588 or 800-426-8073. If one number goes bad then try the next, and the next. In the lead up to the Roberts vote the toll free number most people were using to oppose him mysteriously went dead. Somebody pulled a plug somewhere because too many people were getting though. If that happens again, you can do an instant lookup of all your senators direct numbers at

http://www.nocrony.com

At the same site above you can also send a real time personal message directly to both your senators. And with just one click you can make it a letter to the editor of your nearest daily newpaper as well. Thousands and thousands of your fellow constituents are calling and sending messages right now. Join us to save the Supreme Court. Join us to protect our rights for the next generation.

At what point are you going to say to yourself, "I'm tired of all the lies", and do something? We are engaged in an arrogant and ruinous war of aggression that has already brought our economy and our military to the brink of destruction. And it was based on nothing but lies. Deliberate, premeditated, and despicable knowing lies. They lied us into a war that has already resulted in more casualties, as many deaths (if you count so-called non combat deaths), and a cost orders of magnitude more than the loss of 9/11. And now they are trying to lie us out of our very freedom itself by packing our Supreme court with pathologically evasive lying cronies.

You remember that movie where the newscaster called on everyone to stick their heads out the window and yell, "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore." You don't have to stick your head out of any window. You don't even have to get out of your chair. If you are reading this you are probably sitting in front of your computer right now, or there is a phone right at your fingertips. Pick up that phone. Make those toll free calls. Click on the link for http://www.nocrony.com. Speak out now as if all our lifes depended on it . . . as they so surely do.

If you have a web site, take a good honest look at your pages. Do you have any action links on them anywhere? Are you asking people to call their members of Congress? Are you telling them by your PROMINENT display of the toll free phone numbers that they can make a difference, that their voices matter? YOU have the power to change the course of history if you will act now. YOU have the power to sway the last couple votes we need to have a filibuster if only you will use your web site to get even more people to speak out to their senators on this right now.

If you are a progressive radio personality, count how many phone numbers are given out over the air of your station over the course of an hour, including commercials. How many? 10 numbers repeated, 20, more? Would you believe over 50?! How many of those are one of the Capitol toll free phone numbers, 888-818-6641, 888-355-3588 or 800-426-8073? Usual answer: None. Who would your advertisers feel if you ran their commercials and did NOT give out the phone numbers where people could obtain those products? How effective would that be? We hear some of you asking people to call their senators. But we aren't hearing those numbers yet. Do it. Do it now. And keep on doing it like you want to win.

For those of you with media prominence, you have the power to inspire so many other people. Use that power just as we expect our senators to use the power that they UNILATERALLY control to enforce a filibuster of the dangerously evasive Alito. But if each of us just exercises the power we do have, if only to make a toll free phone call, or click a mouse one time to send a personal message, we will prevail.

At the end of the night, we don't mind if the question dodging Alito rides home with a Golden Globe for "Most Evasive Supreme Court Nominee". But we'll be damned if we'll let him steal a lifetime achievement award, as the fifth and deciding vote to corrupt our Supreme Court for the next 30 years, without the most valiant fight we can muster.
