Well, many have considered the possibility (probability) that Rumsfeld at very least is showing early signs of senile dementia, has suggestion that perhaps the US should pop the nukes off the top of some ICBMs (InterContinental Ballistic Missile) and perhaps scare some North Koreans.

The Bush trash are well into the parameters of insanity and the world seems to be preparing for a big event.
The DPRK had been fairly quiet before the Bush used condoms showed up. Now Iran has tested a Ship fired missle as well, and clearly is not going to back down to the US and it's little upstart, Israel.
Israel says it plans to "go it alone" against Iran if it can't get help from the world community. I guess they haven't figured out that the world community isn't behind them in any way. The world knows well the odoriferous way "Israel" came to be and what a nation of terrorists they are.
If Israel or the US decides to take Iran to the wood shed after the beatings they both have taken in Lebanon and Iraq, that'd be sorta like an IQ test they both failed. Further, they'd be standing eyeball to eyeball with Russia. Neither of these piss ant countries individually or in concert can take on the Russian Federation.
You see, the Russians too have been dusting off their hardware, and knocking the rust of some boats and stuff also perhaps in preparation for a war of sizeable proportions. Remember WWI and why it started? With Idiots like Bush and crew, it could easily happen again. This time, however, the stakes will be significantly higher.
If Israel goes after Syria and Iran, and the US still wallowing around in Iraq and Afghanistan, other countries world wide might see this as an opportunity to jump in whilst these two rogue countries are weakened.
The US is selling technology to two terrorist nations who hate each other, India and Pakistan, all the while Israel is spying on the US and receiving NSA data from the US on the shipment of missiles from Iran, via Syria to Hezbollah. I don't think the US realizes that the world isn't on Israel's side in the most recent act of terrorism targeting civilians in their ridiculous war against Lebanon.
We also now no that Israel has been planning this debacle for a year at least. Well, didn't come close to eliminating Hezbollah any more than Dumbo Bush has come close to dispatching the Taliban and Al Qaeda. All three groups are up to fighting the American and Jewish terrorists until hells next ice age.
Did you know that the FBI rounded up 140 Israelis immediately after 911? Now what do you suppose these folks were doing in the US? Many news outlets and pundits are concerned about a third world war. Very little, however has been heard by the other two superpowers, China and the Russian Federation.
In it's unbridled arrogance the US continues to Poo-poo these two nations, one of which a fifth of the worlds population on it, and is coming up fast on the outside at the World Economic Derby in a race the US isn't first anymore. The second of which is well known to have at least as much military hardware as the US and I would predict will be happy to use it with the right incentive.
