Bush's regime is falling like a house of cards around him, and the US is absolutely losing the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. There is no Constitutional Democracy in the Middle East, nor will there ever be one as long as Islam remains the dominant religion.

Little, if anything separates these two countries from being defined clearly as failed states. Bush's delusional state is yet another indication that resignation will be the only way to stop the Bush Regime, and the Bush Family from the horrors they've visited on the world and the US.

The republicans are, further, the most fiscally irresponsible people on the planet. Evidenced by the 229 billion dollar trade deficit with China, and money owed foreign investors because of off shoring American Jobs. The world, in fact, owns some 3 Trillion dollars worth of American hide.

There is this sense of relief on the part of some with the Democrats having resumed control of the congress will soon bring the Bush people to "heel," Hardly.

People have forgotten that many of the incumbent Democrats signed on to this Middle Eastern catastrophe whilst claiming to have been "misled" by the Bush Crew. Further, the incoming Democrats seem ready to continue to "work" with the illegitimate Regime currently in place.

Clearly the 109th congress accomplished virtually nothing other than rubber stamp most of what the Bush Regime asked for to continue the horrific mess in Iraq. All of the Bush reasons being demonstrated to be lies, and yet, the US is trying to save face in Iraq.

One can only wonder how many more lives will be lost whilst Americans, who mostly sat idle during the run-up to this war, and the pathetic prosecution of it, continue to sit and wait. I certainly hope no large sums of money have been wagered on any large or meaningful legislation from the Democrats. Such folks will likely leave the casino naked.

With General Abazaid, Commander US Forces in Southwest Asia jumping ship along with many General officers as well as junior grade and field grade officers, it is clear that the military are in stark disagreement with Bush's pathological mismanagement of the the wars. The US will not be able to continue to engage the Iraqis without a "Front Door" draft, and a large one at that.

I think American's should be highly suspicious of the numbers of American and Iraqi deaths as dictated by Bush. The Lancet places these number staggeringly higher than Bush. My suspicion is that the number of American deaths is likely to be staggeringly higher as well.

Less than a third of the necessary civilian infrastructure such as sewers, bridges, electricity, and phone systems have been rebuilt whilst the American Contractors walk off with billions of unearned dollars. Clearly the US is losing this war badly. Bush needs to understand (if possible) that this is analogous to being pregnant in that either you are, or you aren't.

The US, then, is clearly losing the war, thousands are dying, and in the end, trillions will have been wasted by a group of people that were never invited.

Mr. Bohne is a clockmaker and activist. He HATES the US Government, and without stretching the truth (reality) will do anything to dig up dirt on any of these bastards, as long as it's REAL dirt. "the first man to raise his fists, is the first (more...)
