Okay, I was just kidding about the credibility part. But if Fox News wants to hold on to a shred of their faux integrity, they need to bounce Dick Morris from their contributor payroll immediately.
Background: Morris is asking for contributions to finance a "documentary" to rip into Sen. Hillary Clinton and her candidacy. In a panhandle mailing sent out by Morris he wrote that, "If you liked how the Swift Boat Veterans turned the tide against John Kerry, you understand how a top Clinton aide can turn the tables and stop a Clinton-style liberal from becoming the next president of the United States."
On Sean Hannity's radio show, Morris again pitched his documentary which Sean said he would fully support, though not appear in, which I guess was Sean's way to remain politically impartial.
While I'm not sure how you define a Fox News contributor or what level of truthiness™ they need to convey to give the impression that what they have to say will be based on some semblance of objectivity, Dick Morris has thrown now that he might receive monetary benefit from a candidate's loss.
Short of dumping Morris, when Fox News books him on Hannity or O'Reilly or any of the other fair and balanced™ part of the network, they need to introduce him with a "so obviously biased that to wrench one iota of truth from his pie-hole would be as likely finding gold in a pile of excrement" preface to his name.
And for those who want to throw the "Dick Morris has been wrong in almost every prognostication he's ever made on Fox so why do we care what he says" gauntlet, this is not about Morris. This is because I care about Fox News and it keeping some vestige of newsworthiness or as Keith Olbermann has opined, they will only be known as "Fox Nothing Network." And that's the truthiness.™

Jeebus, they just reported that Obama is a Muslim plant, planning to take over our country and then blamed Hillary instead of the Chief Moonie, Rev. Sun Myung Fool, our new, self-appointed messiah, who started the whole smear in Insight Magazine.
Is it just me, or does anyone else think that the whole world has cracked-up?
