Rudy Giuliani flat out said that all we need on the border is a virtual fence. Rudy, tell that to the family of Border Patrol Agent Luis Agular who was virtually and deliberately run over and killed by an illegal alien driving a Hummer two miles into the California side of the border, while he was laying a spike strip and warning campers to get out of the way. The biggest question in this case of cold-blood homicide: Why didn't other border patrol agents who were on the scene fire a single shot at the fleeing Hummer and accomplices in a Ford as they escaped back into Mexico????? The vehicles in question have been found in Mexico burned and abandoned. Rudy, you did such a fantabulous job protecting New York City before 9/11; you didn't provide the police and fire departments with the proper communications equipment they needed; you put the emergency communications center in the basement of terrorists favorite target: The World Trade Center. With guys like you, our present border security and it's flawed rules of engagement, and your idea of virtual fences only on the borders...I can't begin to tell you how safe you make me feel.
