On Wednesday, before the JonBenet show took over all the mainstream news media's attention, the big news was a jet, departing from London, diverted from Dulles to Boston's airport.

This took up the bulk of the MSM's news coverage for several hours, with camera shots lingering on the jet and the landing field.

Now we know, there was a clearly mentally ill, psychotic woman who had a jar of vaseline, a screwdriver, and oh, yes, she peed on the floor.

Let me repeat. Because a woman had a jar of vaseline, a screwdriver, possibly of "excessive" length, and because she acted crazy, major terror alarms went off, the media went bonkers and homeland security went into action.

IF this wasn't too pathetic, too bizarre, too surreal, like some melting Dali clock... if this wasn't really happening, it would be really funny.

But it did happen. The directors and producers who make the decisions to focus on this plane, on JonBenet, should be immediately fired. The networks should be at risk for losing their access to the airwaves. Enough is enough. The media should be exposing the idiots in the government who make this kind of terror alert happen, not demonstrating that they are bigger idiots.
