A copy of the hard drive of WTC bomber Ramsey Yousef's laptop is still in the possession of Rafael Garcia, the computer expert who originally examined that laptop for the Philippine National Police.  Contained on the hard drive, in addition to the Bojinka plot and the plot to kill the Pope, was the entire plan for the events of 911 -- this according to an article that Garcia wrote for a magazine in the Philippines which author Peter Lance happened to come across.  Lance then persuaded Garcia to meet with him in California where Garcia owned property.  It was at this time that Garcia confirmed to Lance that Yousef’s copy of the entire 911 plot had been turned over to the FBI in 1995, by way of the US Embassy in Manilla.  And there are two credible witnesses, besides Garcia, who confirm this: Philippine National Police Colonel Rodolfo Mendoza and Sam Karmilowicz, a 21-yr veteran of the Diplomatic Security Service, the State Department service responsible for protecting embassies abroad.  Karmilowicz was the official who made sure the evidence that Mendoza and Garcia collected got to the US Justice Department in NYC.  He was also the person who was the main source for Alexander Cockburn's article on this story, which appeared in Counterpunch, the online political newsletter.

"NY POST kills review of (my) Triple Cross Book"

by Peter Lance/ Nov '06

“My book contains 50 pages of end-notes and 30 pages of

declassified documents from FBI and Justice Department files.

I reviewed more than 40,000 pages of trial transcripts for the SDNY's al Qaeda cases including the "Day of Terror" case

prosecuted in 1995 by McCarthy and PATRICK FITZGERALD -- "the DOJ's principal bin Laden "brain," to quote Vanity Fair.

One can understand why McCarthy might react to TRIPLE CROSS like a vampire facing a relic of "the true Cross."

These are a few of my findings:

• Fitzgerald and other top DOJ and FBI officials suppressed

those 1996 al Qaeda related FBI #302's which included proof of a liquid-based airliner bomb plot that was a precursor to the Aug 2006 plot revealed by UK authorities. The evidence included proof of an active al Qaeda cell operating in NYC five years before 9/11.
