Astonishing as it is, the daily load of lies dumped on Americans by mainstream corporate media (CorpoMedia), lurking a step beyond is the reality of most of the lies finding belief. Respect of being told the truth is not earned by swallowing whatever lies are in the load—that simply earns what we have: CorpoMedia as the propaganda arm of our corporate-fascist federal government (CorpoGov). Millions still seem to believe that some kind of law dictates media honesty. But to CorpoMedia, truth, facts...largely illusion, often an enemy. Media conglomeration has left us with only a few monster corporations controlling virtually all mainstream “news”—a stupid liars’ gumbo rich with moral supremacy, victimization, innocence and righteousness cranked with MSG and corn syrup and fat. Sure can taste better than truth—even makes you want seconds. The stuff is hurtling us toward fact-free rule at the speed of lies—and then some.
Einstein’s Theory of Relativity states that matter can never achieve the speed of light, because at the speed of light, its mass becomes infinite. As a certain corollary, information can never reach the speed of lies because the mass would also become infinite. CorpoMedia has maneuvered around this limit with the overdrive, or “warp speed” of omission.
Enlightenment has nothing to do with CorpoMedia’s mission, it’s all about control. That meshes smoothly with CorpoGov, whose primary concern regarding average Americans is what people can be manipulated into believing—which appears to be just about anything. How meaningful is smarmy blather about the safety of Americans, and about their welfare in general, in light of such realities as the lists of questions where our troops are asked if they would kill Americans—even their own friends and family—for not fully cooperating with impending martial law? (1) Omission is the ultimate, but lies remain the staple of CorpoMedia, whisking the masses to ever greater heights of misunderstanding. Lies got us into the hideous quagmire of Iraq...all the weapons of mass destruction hair-triggered to destroy western civilization at the whim of Satanic Saddam. Omission regarding Saddam being our “good buddy” when his evil meshed with ours, his WMD coming from us—that got us over the top. Remember Wolf Blitzer the evening of 9-11: “We’ve been attacked by Iraq!” Remember 70% of the people believing Saddam had done 9-11? Remember the slick three-week war to be financed by Iraqi oil revenues? Utter, fantastic miscalculation, or super lies—which seems more likely? And now lies keep us in Iraq, officially concealing Iraqi reality. Lies fuel the rambling of Senator McCain about us being prepared to occupy Iraq for another hundred years! Then there’s his “bomb bomb bomb Iran”, and bluster about “confronting Russia and China,” as “Independent” Sen. Joe Lieberman scurries around trying to cloak McCain’s warmonger senility. The neo-con artist architecture at our war helm are the same intellectual lizards that wet-dreamed about “a new Pearl Harbor” before helping to bring us 9-11—towers full of lies, “warped” over the top with omission. Imagine there actually were laws mandating “truth, and nothing but the truth” in CorpoMedia—as well as laws making omission of crucial information a crime? This picture was taken soon after the towers were demolished, while firefighters secured the scene so anti-evidence teams could swarm in. Look closely at the severed column directly behind the firefighter on the right; slag around the tidy 45-degree melted cut is a signature of thermate. This single image glares truth over the entire concoction of shadows and fantasy making up CorpoGov’s official reason for the free-fall of the towers. Thousands of precise thermate cuts brought the towers down precisely in their own footprints at essentially free fall speed. Steven Jones, Brigham Young professor of physics, recently isolated thermate residue from WTC dust—a fact with profound implications for America and the world, omitted.

Euphemisms have since softened the original documentation, but the PNAC remains no less an absolute must-read for every American concerned about their nation’s health. Along with the wish list that contained the new Pearl Harbor, don’t miss the 2000 report: “Rebuilding America’s Defenses”—foundational plans for pursuing “Global American Hegemony”, a euphemism for taking over the world....
Imagine...instead of so many people lamenting Democrats as such a craven shadow corps of cringing yes people terrified of representing the will of American voters, we had a little mainstream truth about hardball the hard right has really been playing. Why are Democrats terrorized beyond malfeasance typical of slopping at the same war-profiteer corporate trough as GOPs?
Soon after 9-11, Senate Democratic leaders Tom Daschle and Patrick Leahy dragged their feet on the long-planned Patriot Act—a comprehensive assault on constitutional liberties ultimately rammed through congress mostly unread in just six weeks. Liberties great people have fought and died for over centuries, nullified in a comparative wink of the eye! Smell the rot...? For simply questioning this Orwellian act, Daschle and Leahy were targeted for assassination with anthrax by right-wing elements of our own government having tight connections to the military. CorpoMedia responded with lush indignance as long as the anthrax might be blamed on Saddam or Osama—but when news leakage of the spores being Ames strain from our American Army labs spoiled the “foreign” terrorist fantasy, lies hitched the story to omission, and, whooosh! But the terror in Democrats of not toeing the exact CorpoGov line remains.
Paul Wellstone spent 12 years as a “people's’” Democratic Senator from Minnesota, courageously fighting for veterans, environmental protections, labor rights, campaign finance reform and better foreign policy, eventually becoming know as The Conscience of the Senate. Very early in his career,1991, at a White House reception for new members of Congress, Wellstone repeatedly told Bush Senior he should be more concerned about issues like education and health care. He also cautioned against the Persian Gulf “War.” President Bush was soon heard asking, “Who is this chickenshit?” Wellstone voted against that first invasion of Iraq. Near the end of his career, 9-11 spurred the already long-planned final invasion of Iraq. Just days before the vote in the Senate to authorize the invasion, Dick Cheney told Wellstone:
“If you vote against the war in Iraq, the Bush administration will do whatever is necessary to get you. There will be severe ramifications for you and the state of Minnesota.”
Two weeks after voting against the invasion, Paul Wellstone died in a plane crash, along with his wife Sheila, daughter Marcia, three campaign staffers and both pilots. CorpoGov lied extensively about weather conditions and pilot incompetence, until evidence became overwhelming that the plane had been brought down by electromagnetic weaponry few Americans even know about. I understand that the Soviets found out about the disaster of Chenoble from the Swedes because nobody was prepared to tell the truth to the Kremlin (Through fear). In the US it is not that people won't tell the truth to power it's that power won't listen because they are too busy playing their little power games. In any case they wouldn't hear genuine warning screams over the general level of reality show or policy induced screams.

Dear Nation I love your magazine and the Hawaiian issue was very interesting, but if you were going to do a "special issue", I wish it had been on the many Unanswered Questions of 9/11 and all the new work that's come out on that in the past couple of years. As you may or may not know, this issue appears in the middle of 9/11 Truth Week, and would have been very appropriate to have been co-ordinated with that effort. Truthers are already sufficiently ignored and sidelined by the Media, even though their ranks have swelled significantly, and include many very intelligent and distinguished members, military brass and airline pilots among them. Meanwhile, History Channel came out with yet another souped-up slick propaganda piece on the attack the weekend before, presumably as a "pre-emptive strike". Hopefully the Nation is aware enough not to dismiss us as "Conspiracy Nuts", when all points to treachery and High Treason, and the urgent need to expose this before they stage yet another "Tri-fecta" to justify bombing Iran, possibly starting a nuclear war! A little timely help in this direction would be much appreciated.
