Rady Ananda: Election Fraud Bibliography (6 comments) Here's a list of books I've compiled - mostly focused on software driven elections, but with some choice books covering paper ballot fraud. I strongly recommend the history books, tho - something all American voters should be required to read if they want to involve themselves in honest election administration.
