The biggest search on the internet right now is for Daniela Cicarelli.
Someone secretly filmed her in some very steamy beach scenes (see video below) together with Brazilian banker Renato Malzoni at a beach near the Spanish city of Cadiz. She actually went all the way, in the sea, with her boyfriend.
And here's the newsworthy part:
A Brazilian judge just ordered YouTube to find a way to stop Brazilians from viewing this steamy footage of supermodel Daniela Cicarelli and her boyfriend and the video is now gone from YouTube.
Cicarelli is one of Brazil's best-known models, so if she is enjoying herself on a public beach, her activity can hardly be considered private. She hosts a show on Brazilian MTV and was previously engaged to Brazilian soccer great Ronaldo, who plays for the famed Real Madrid team of Spain. So it is also understandable that she and her banker friend were not amused and tried to get the video taken off the air, which resulted in the Brazilian court issuing their injunction against YouTube.
Anyone involved in public relations will understand that such a decision will result in the opposite of the intended outcome.
Fact is, had Ms. Cicarelli and her banker friend not tried so hard to get rid of this video, much fewer people would have noticed. Come to think of it, maybe she wants us to notice? Because, after all, she was on a public beach, with no expectation of privacy.
The point isn't that this is a model or nudity. There is no real nudity in the video. The point is that foreign courts attempt to assert jurisdiction over the internet and US companies, and that this is almost always a bad idea. Attempts to censor non-offensive videos or information contributes to the spread of the censored information.

A room would of been more proper
Exhibitionist can go to far for public concern.
The USA would probably charged them with lude conduct and gross liberties if it had been filmed here.
Given the opportunity, I might behave just as bad.
