The bigotry of McCain's pastors

McCain's pastor problem: "Catholicism is a Whore", "Katrina was God's wrath on gays", "USA should destroy Islam"-Why is the press that gave so many news cycles to Obama's pastor now Ignoring McCain's Rod Parsley's bigotry?

Across the board, both "Rev" Parsley and "Rev" Hagee are bigots. Their statements on Hurricans, Catholics, Jews, Gays, and Muslims are beyond the pale of American tolerance.

Parsley: Time to "Confront" Islam

Ohio televangelist Rod Parsley warned his television audience today that unless Islam is "confronted," there will be "terrible consequences in this city, in this nation, in the free world." Said Parsley:

You see, I will lift up my voice (as I do in the book Silent No More) against the very idea that the God of Christianity and the God of Islam are the same being. "USA must destroy Islam" John Hagee. Imagine if he had called "Judaism as a false religion" or that "Blacks had false prophets". Imagine if he had said that Jesus followers should be annhilated?

MCCain's Pastor says that the USA was created to destroy Islam and this should be its prime objective. McCain despite repeated efforts has refused to condmen the Pastor. The obsequious increasinlgy Murdockized media is not making this as big an issue as Obama's pastor. The media excoriated Mr. Obama for weeks on end, while ignoring the horrendous remarks of Paston John Huggee which disparaged Islam and Prophet Muhammad

You may have heard of Rev. John Hagee, the McCain supporter who said God created Hurricane Katrina to punish New Orleans for its homosexual "sins."Well now meet Rev. Rod Parsley, the televangelist megachurch pastor from Ohio who hates Islam. According to David Corn of Mother Jones, Parsley has called on Christians to wage war against Islam, which he considers to be a "false religion." In the past, Parsley has also railed against the separation of church and state, homosexuals, and abortion rights, comparing Planned Parenthood to Nazis.
