Dimocrats!

I like Micky Z though I don't always agree with him. But from an ideological point of view (not strategic) I agree that it is a waste of time to vote for most Dimocrats.

Another possibility

I'd like to put another possibility at the top of the list, for those who feel they still have some shred of sanity.

This, I agree with: Kucinich is the best that the Dimocrats have to offer and it might be worth my while to change my registration.
