When will congress read the Constitution?
With all the saber rattling toward Iran and the talk of an air strike against Iran it seems that another war is inevitable, but wait is there an answer?.
Now maybe I am stupid but I think I read somewhere, and let me see now, Hmmm, oh yea, it was in the F#@KIN Constitution. Hillary, Nancy, Barrack, Harry. READ THE F#@KIN Constitution. I will send you a copy if you can’t find one and I will highlight the spot to read.
Article 1, Section 8 provides that only Congress has the power to declare war. So stop hiding behind George W and declare that this occupation and the next one, should it occur, is the result of a bunch of pathetic pansies pretending to be Congressman and Senators.
We already know that this moron of a president has a 4th graders understanding of world politics, and is surrounded by a group of war profiteers, eager to line their pockets with money the U. S. Treasury borrows more and more from China.
How, you say, does congress stop the Moron in Chief? Well boys and girls it is quite simple. All the Democratic leadership in Congress has to do is announce that they will allow no resolutions or authorizations, to delegate to the President, Congress’s constitutional power to declare war against any other nation period, end of sentence.
Now to go one step further, if the Moron in Chief doesn’t get that, then explain that without Congress’s solemn deliberation and declaration of war, that no money will be appropriated for any military action, against any another nation, without a proper declaration of war.
Where are the Senators or Congressman who will stand down this miserable failure of a president, and his war profiteering pals?
