The “person of interest” has been identified as Chester Arthur Stiles, 34.

As reported by CNN, “Stiles, whose last known address was Las Vegas, also was wanted on unrelated state and federal warrants on charges of sexual assault and lewdness with a minor under 14 years of age, the sheriff said.”

It is extremely important that all of you to watch this video to see if you do recognize this child who they call ‘Madison’ but are unclear of how the name is spelled.  As reported by CNN, “Investigators believe the tape was shot sometime since January 2005. An older girl shown on the tape was found "safe and well." So, as you watch this video, at the 2PM press conference I viewed they asked that you look at the young girl’s features since she has aged by now and not necessarily for total recognition.

In viewing that tape and as reported by America’s Most Wanted “Police say that the video was made between 2003 and 2004 due to the make of the television and electronic equipment seen on the tape.  They also say that the lingerie the girl is wearing was manufactured in the spring of 2003 by a company in North Carolina.” In the video she does appear to be between the ages of 4 and 5 and again, based upon the date that the lingerie she is wearing was made, she has aged.
