This article was part of testimony given before a House

Judiciary Committee panel within the last month. That means that even if they don't personally read CounterPunch or other "alternative" media, the members of this panel are fully aware of the legal arguments establishing that members of the NSC "Principals Committee" (Cheney, Rice, Rumsfeld, Powell, Tenet, & Ashcroft) are guilty of war crimes.

Needless to say, they've done nothing about this.
