Grass Roots; a way to be heard.

I have an idea. It seems to me that there is plenty of outrage currently seething in America over the ‘shredding’ of the Constitution, but a lack of a cohesive ‘attack’ on the perpetrators of that act. Granted, we aren’t getting any help from those we elected to ‘right’ the wrong. Partially, I believe, because they aren’t hearing from anyone other than the very wealthy and their contributors, in most cases, one in the same.

Given that, presume these following issues:

The current administration has committed crimes serious enough for impeachment at the two highest offices in the nation.

The event which started this whole mess, 9-11, has not been investigated, but whitewashed with Executive cover up and deceit and is likely a ‘smoking gun’.

I call these presumptions because without hearing and investigation that is all they can be. A place where I believe they are intentionally being held. However, it doesn’t take much research to find that in both cases there is a large upwelling of concern occurring amongst the American people. Noting that there are reams of substantial information on both which is rapidly becoming available.

The issue then becomes getting the individual’s concerns spoken loudly enough that the Congress, who holds the power to ‘hear’ and ‘investigate’ more thoroughly those presumptions, will finally initiate hearings on both. There is NOTHING of greater importance for the salvation of our Constitution, and ultimately our Democracy.

Here’s the idea. It shall be called ‘3 by 3’ so it can be referenced by name and it goes something like this.

A person, dedicated to the fulfillment of this end will firstly write both of his Senators and his Representative requesting impeachment hearings on the two highest Executive offices and hearings and independent investigation of the 9-11 debacle. These should be letters, and posted by regular mail so that copies of their existence can be verified. E-mails and computer based communiqué are too easily ‘lost’ or ‘destroyed’ in today’s world.

Secondly, that person will find three others dedicated to the same fulfillment. They must be registered voters and if they are not, he will help them with that process regardless of affiliation. At this point, it bears stating that the initial person should also be a registered voter. Once that is established, they in turn will file letters with their Senators and Representative once again maintaining ‘hard’ copies of the submittals both for themselves and also for ‘the leader’ who sponsors them, so to speak. They then in turn each find three people and the movement continues to go forward.

Ultimately, each person should be holding twelve letters, copies of his own submittals, and copies of each of his ‘three’s’ submittals. Each ‘sponsor’ can easily verify that the chain has been unbroken by simply visually examining the letters of the ones immediately below him in the chain. Should one of the ‘three’ be unable to produce the appropriate ‘paper trail’ they can then be substituted with a more willing participant.

The idea is simple, requires very little time and effort and is exponentially effective.

I am a Vietnam Veteran concerned for the continued degradation of my country and more importantly, my civil rights. I 'log on' to comment on the on going destruction of the constitution and the unacceptable abuse of executive power. I consider myself a liberal, but, more importantly I consider myself a humanitarian. If what is considered for our country does not have the well being of, and the ability to pursue happiness for, ALL then I am against it. It is time for the betterment of mankind to be the driving principle. I will comment along the way and I hope that what comes from my 'pen' will bear the above measuring stick. That said, may we unite and stand for all.

DEREGATION OF U.S.

IF YOU ARE A STATED LIBERAL THEN YOU WANT SOCIALISM. SAME CHICKEN IN EVERY POT EXCEPT FOR ELITIES. That is hillby position. the liberals remind me of aging old protester of the '60. Let us destroy the u.s. for we want Gov't to control us while we pay huge taxes for total control.

Grass Roots

I don't believe in grass roots organizing unless you really have a talent for it.  I do believe in grass roots agitation and annoying other people.  I have a pin that I wear on my shirt that says, "Stop the 911 Coverup"  (I generally get a positive or a curious response).  My car is covered with signs that I have easily made on my computer.  They say "Impeach the Crooks and Traitors.  They're Dangerous as Hell".  Another says, "Crook Media Covers Everything with Nothing"   I THINK ALMOST HALF THE POPULATION KNOWS THAT THE CORPORATE STATE STINK TO HIGH HEAVEN.  THE PROBLEM IS THAT HALF THE POPULATION THINKS THAT THEY ARE ALONE BECAUSE THEY SEE NOTHING MIRRORED IN THE MEDIA.  By putting out own media on our cars we validate that part of the population that has smarts.  When half of us don't think we are alone or "conspiracy theorists", there will be a tide that will finally flush out the filth.
