Nine Out Of Ten!

Nine out of ten casualties of war are civilians!

Nine out of ten!

Why do the soldiers get the pity?

Why do the soldiers get the honors?

Why do the soldiers get the slack...
When they "accidentally" kill civilians?

Why do the soldiers get let off the hook...
When they "defend" themselves?

Why is it ok for the soldiers to use the "rules of engagement"...
As an excuse, when they kill people?

The soldiers have the guns!

The soldiers do the killing!

The soldiers can defend themselves!

How do the civilians defend themselves?

Who enforces the rules that are supposed to protect them?

Are civilians allowed to kill soldiers to protect themselves?

Can civilians go into a barracks and arrest soldiers they suspect?
