In the last two days, the third deceit of the American people has been chosen and announced: That Iran is working with Al Qaeda and attempting to "choose" Al Qaeda's #3 leadership position.
It is as false as the allegation that Saddam had a relationship with Al Qaeda and as absurd as alleging that during World War II the Chinese were training Japanese Kamikaze pilots and that the Chinese were going to chose the next successor from Japan's Royal family to lead Japan.
Facts:
1. Al Qaeda is exclusively a Sunni religious sect.
2. It's ideological imperatives are based upon attaining regional dominance for Sunni Wahhabi Islam
3. The division between Shia and Sunni Islam dates back to nearly the beginning of Islam and is as fundamental as the divide between Protestantism and Catholicism.
4. Pre-occupation Iraq was ruled by Batthists; avowed enemies of the Whahhabi sect AND Shitte Islam.
5. Iran was at enmity with Sunni Batthists and Sunni Whahabbi.
6. Iran arrested members of Al Qaeda who entered their country.
7. Saddam arrested members of Al Qaeda who entered his country, the only exceptions –not ironically- being within the "No fly zone" where Al Qaeda indeed was able to maintain training camps through deliberate American foreign policy; Al Qaeda was covertly aided by the CIA in hopes that it's agents could eventually assist in the overthrow of Saddam.
8. Iraq is 70 percent Shitte; that means that the native population of Iraq is ideologically simpatico with Iran.
9. The removal of Saddam was a victory for Iran, and the defeat of the United States by insurgents in Iraq means a victory for the Shittes and therefor for 70 percent of the people of Iraq, and for Iran.
10. Failing another artifice to maintain the conflict, the current situation in Iraq means that if majority populations prevail, Iraq and Iran would emerge as a unified pair of countries as similar as the United States and Canada.
11. The ONLY possible alliance which could preclude this unity is Al Qaeda, for the following reasons:
(a) The 30 percent Sunni in Iraq were Batthists who opposed Whahabbism and therefor were enemies of Bin Laden.
I'm hearing you. Thank you for writing this article.
If you are available to answer a question, could you please explain the MAPS statement made by President Ahmadinejad of Iran with respect to Israel? Thank you, again.

He did NOT say "Israel should be wiped off the map". He said Israel should be taken off of maps. It's an important difference because the mistranslation clearly alleges a threat, while the actual statement was an ideological position of not recognizing Israel as Israel, and carried no direct threat. Arab maps do not show Israel. His statement was thus a request to the U.S. to abolish it's policy, beginning with it's assumption of what Arabs reject.
The mis-translation was very deliberate.
