I demand the immediate arrest and indefinite detention of Bill O'Reilly.
At this point, who doesn't know it was O'Reilly who sent MSNBC's Keith Olberman the fake (soap powder) anthrax and threats to "shut up or else"? We already had advance warning of the attack from O'Reilly himself. O'Reilly's guilt is as clear as Usama Bin Laden's attack on 9-11 is. And who is next if he's not stopped now!
O'Reilly must be captured and detained until he talks. We can not afford to place him on trial; he will only make a mockery of our system and inspire other terrorists. In a war on terror, we can not afford to fight with one hand tied behind our back. These enemy combatants do not play by the rules! Was O'Reilly playing by the rules when he attacked Olberman? No! Water boarding can and should be immediately used to gain a confession and additional intelligence. Believe me, if O'Reilly is guilty, he will admit if he thinks he's about to die; Only a guilty man would ever confess, so we must immediately find the truth, we can not afford to wait.
Likewise, we can make "no distinction" between the terrorists (Like O'Reilly), and the networks who harbor them. Fox "we distort, you decide" "News" must either come clean and hand over O'Reilly, or face the consequences. Thus far they have refused, despite my demands. My fellow Americans: We can not afford to wait; Our only warning about the next attack may be too late; our only warning may come in the form of a lufa ( a "falafel" following the soap powder).
Wake up before it's too late you stupid liberal cut and runners!!! "Fox News" means business! Big, big business! I intend to protect America and keep you safe..........er.

I couldn't agree more. He and Fox "news" are a disgrace. Thanks to the horrible "Military Commissions Act" he could be apprehended in the middle of the night, shipped off to Gitmo to be held indefinitely, and tortured until he talks.
I wonder if he and his mindless right-wing extremist fan base would still approve so strongly of the bill after O'Lie-ly mysteriously disappears?

I question the validity, and the motives behind this article. Was bin Laden the mastermind, or was he the helper? Should we imprison without trial? Should we seize and interrogate without probable cause? Should we torture, and is information gained from it of any value? What would Jesus do?
I can't stand Bill O' Reilly, but given what we know, I do question the motive here. I believe this to be as transparent as the air we breath on a cold winter night. Are the suggestions made here merely glimpses of our future nightmares?
Yes indeed, the power of suggestion is a powerful thing--isn't it?........

I used to have that gene, it was given me as one of many rights when I was born. But it too has been stripped from me, and with it my ability to laugh. I find it difficult to recognize satire through the smoke of such a heavy assault from all directions. I am suspicious of everything; I mean you no harm.

I am willing to accept, as your opinion, that Bin Laudin commited 9/11. But I don't agree that everyone knows he did. Nobody knows who did it. But a motive resides in the Oval Office. Who was doggedly, determined to invade Iraq? He announced it! And to force it didn't he saturated the air with lies and fear? Also, whenever the saturation thins, more fear is poured on. But have we, the informed, forgotten how the criminals have turned an effort at Democracy, at governing of, by and for the people, into a dictatorship, via expertise at peddling terror? (And who are the terrorists?) According to the dictionary "Terror" means fear. Therefore, a terrorist is one who projects fear?
It seems we have forgotten the long-term member of the criminals in the White House, who stepped from the crowd at 9/11 and announced his defection from the gang, with, "I will take care of all the survivors," and who shortly sued U. S. in their behalf-and, during his effort to keep his promise to the survivors, routinely de-bugged his office, found his briefs cut into confetti, and finally, on the run from government assassin whom he knew well, told the nearest producer of radio programs his story and disappeared.

He also told how this group he had belonged to since 1968, including Wolfowitz, Tenet, Feith with GWB, who was able to drive the distance weekends found a private hole at Ohio University, to discuss how to rule the World.
