Why I'm Supporting Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul

Dennis Kucinich holds the best progressive values of any Democratic candidate.  And he walks his talk and acts on those values.  For example:

So Kucinich is by far my favorite Democratic presidential candidate.

While it is true that Dr. Paul has not yet signed on to Kucinich's impeachment resolution, and doesn't believe that global warming poses much of a threat, Paul is good in many other areas. For example:
With the U.S. drifting from almost-fascism to full-scale, velvet-gloves-come-off-fascism, it is vital that Kucinich and Paul sound the alarm bells to as many Americans as possible in public debate.  For this reason, and whatever party one belongs to, I think it is vital to give our support to both Kucinich and Paul.  They are the only real truthtellers running for president.  And we should give both of them the best possible chance to get their message across.


Who knows . . . one of them might even win.

I do support both, however . . .

The Corporate Democratic Party is already sidelining Dennis out of the Debates.

The GOP can't do that to Ron Paul because he's broken fundraising records.  It would look too suspicious for them to pull that trick, even thought they'd love to.

Sooooo, I am re-registering as a Republican to vote for Ron Paul in the Kansas primary, and I urge all peace & justice loving Democrats to do the same.

Ron Paul is in a position to create revolutionary change, and I'm ready for it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but also I don't believe that Dennis has promised to pull US troops back from all foriegn bases.  Ron Paul has.

The global misery the CIA militarist intervention policy has caused worldwide is deafening.  Ron Paul could end it.

This misery is now overspilling back home, as the CIA's decades of murdering good leaders and catupulting corporate whores into power worldwide in order to ensure slave labor markets is now driving down the US worker's standard of living.

We have a window here, to catapult a true revolutionary into power.  Ron Paul is his name.  I'm re-registering for him, I'm volunteering for him, and I'm donating to him.

I've been a professional and volunteer Democratic activist for 25 years, and Ron Paul is the best candidate I've had the opportunity to support.

Also, regarding Ron Paul's Global Warming Position

Ron Paul's end of corporate wellfare will be the biggest boon for solar and wind energy in America.  Here's why:

Energy - Ron Paul's against the Federal government giving tens of billions of tax credits to oil and nuclear companies, which keeps oil and nuclear prices artificially low.  His position is that if those corporate welfare programs stop, then solar and wind will become more economic options for society.  Which they will. 

 Also, the only reason oil is cheap as it is, is because you and I pay for the trillions in military spending to prop up the corrupt govt.s in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.  When he pulls back the military, those countries will have to face their people, and demand a fair share for their oil.  That will increase oil prices to fair market value, and make solar and wind cost effective.

This is a revolutionary move.  It doesn't fit into the old paradigm but makes profound sense.

On health care:
Yes, I disagree with him on universal healthcare.  However, as President he won't have power to change social systems without Congress's approval.  HOWEVER, as Commander in Chief he will end the US / CIA military empire worldwide, which will bring hundreds of billions of dollars back to the US.  THEN we can all argue about how to spend that bonanza of saved dollars

Edwards, Obama, and Clinton will not end the US global military empire, they will slightly massage it.  Right now over 50% of discretionary annual fed spending goes to military.  The Democrats will only massage military spending slightly.  They all get money from the defense industry.  In fact, the Huffington Post just said Democrats are getting more military funding than the Republicans for the first time in years.  There's a reason for that.  Bill Clinton had both houses in Democratic control.  They barely touched the obscene military budget.

On education:
Yes, I disagree with him on schooling illegal immigrants.  However, most of the illegal immigrants are here because the CIA has systematically manipulated elections, media, and government throughout Latin America, to keep leaders in who would betray their people and prostitute their resources and labor to corporate interests (Vincente FOX was a Pepsi executive, before being "placed" in the Presidency).  The School of the Americas was designed to train future dictators in Latin American nations.

In the 80's I worked in a Salvadoran Refugee camp where 20,000 Salvadorans lived, because the US had empowered a brutal militarist regime there.  Over 1,000,000 Salvadorans had fled to the US to get away from the dictatorship the CIA had made in El Salvador.  That was about 1/6 of their population.

This year the CIA rigged Mexico's election so that the populist leader that actually won the election had it stolen from him.  A President Ron Paul has vowed to bring back militarist and CIA operations worldwide.  With that done, the Mexicans and other governments in Latin America will have to face their people.  The mass exodus to America will diminish dramatically.
The current state of keeping illegals illegal rather than guest workers, is so they can't organize unions, thus maintaining a slave labor market for US companies.

No Democrat will end the CIA's international illegal operations.  ONLY Ron Paul has committed to doing so, and as Commander in Chief he can.
Bottom line, is that President Ron Paul will not be able to dramatically impact social issues, because Congress will have to be dealt with.  BUT, as Commander in Chief he will be able to end the CIA militarist global crimes that are causing such heart breaking suffering worldwide.

Even though I dont' agree with Ron Paul on some social issues, his commitment to end the global suffering the CIA unleashes daily in our name and with our taxes is more than enough for him to get my support.  Edwards is not even close to Ron Paul when it comes to ending US global militarism.

When I was working in this Salvadoran refugee camps I got to know a peasant family there.  One day I asked their young daughter if she wanted to ask me anything about America.  I figured she'd ask about Disneyland or something.


She looked into my eyes and asked, "Why do Americans hate us so much?"

Former CIA Director William Colby once said, "There is no media of any significance in America that is not controlled by the CIA."

Since Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate committed to dismantling the CIA's global militarist structure . . . they will unleash every dirty trick they can on him, and on us.  They will use various side issues to distract good peace loving people from the fact that ONLY Ron Paul will end the brutal madness the CIA has unleashed worldwide.

They will post things like you saw to cause people like us who love peace and justice to go with Democrats instead, like Edwards, Obama, and Clinton.  WHY?  Because those three will NEVER dismantle the CIA's global militarist system.

The powers that be make trillions off global poverty and suffering by maintaining slave labor for corporations.  They stand to lose trillions if Ron Paul gets elected.  You will see smear piece after smear piece, and you will NEVER see the larger picture as I have pointed out above regarding the benefits of Paul's positions.  WHY?  Because the corporate media is heavily influenced by the CIA, including liberal media.

Liberal media was the first to attack anyone challenging the official 9/11 myth.  The idea media is controlled by the CIA is not a wild conspiracy theory.  It is a FACT told by William Colby, CIA Director.

Remember Edwards voted for the war, along with Hillary.  All the Dems except Gravel and Kucinich plan to leave some US troops around Iraq after the pull out, and put even more troops into Afghanistan.  That's why the Democratic Party got rid of Gravel and Kucinich, because they would have pulled out all Iraq troops.  However, even they would have left them in Afghanistan.

Ron Paul is the only one poking the dragon in the heart.  If those of us who love peace and justice for the world, allow the corporate CIA controlled media to turn us away from the opportunity Ron Paul offers . . . millions will continue to suffer worldwide from CIA's brutal manipulation, and corporate rape of the developing world.

I would love to see the debates between Kucinich and Paul. I believe they both are principled men who firmly believe in their positions. Big government vs. small govt. Would be great.

Another idea needs refining

How about Ron Paul ridicules the other candidates by challenging them to an official Ron Paul Debate - where he sets the agenda and gets to answer all questions.

He promises them $500,000 if they show up, and here's the funny part - he can't give them the money, so it'll have to be done by Ron Paul money bomb. Imagine that for a second...

Whoever doesn't show up will be impersonated or represented by someone expert in their positions and arguments, those impersonators can be discovered by an open process just like his video was done.

It's crazy, I know, but perhaps you could sweeten it up a little. Refine it. Make it better.

I wonder if when Ron Paul was talking about a guy on a white horse and soft fascism if he wasn't talking about himself. I certainly can't think of anyone else he could have been talking about.
