Senator Hillary Clinton is fighting for her life. Everyone, including her own husband knows it's over. She can stop swinging now. The damage she is doing is to the Democratic Party and to the Clinton Legacy, Not to the campaign to Elect Barack Obama. But since she still has not gotten the message, it time now that Barack Obama put the final nail in the coffin.
First he must win the Debate tonight. To do that he must keep his cool, stay on message and ignor her attempts to bait him into and ugly exchange. Barack Obama comes across very presidential when he maintains his composure and does not allow himself to get angry. That is key tonight.
Second he must do some personal calls to key people himself. He needs to start enrolling additional folks with star power that cross party lines. Which brings me to the actual nail.
Obama should be planning for the life of the campaign after Hillary. One of the biggest criticisms folks have about him concerns his lack of experience and his absence of international affairs experience. What would help him in that area and one that Americans would welcome as a member of his team is Colin Powell as his running Vice Presidential running mate.
