Open Letter to Australian 9-11 Truth Group

To the Administration of the Australian 9/11 Truth Organization

HELLO! 

If 9/11 truth groups want to effectively bring justice for the 9/11 victims and justice for all the dead and maimed troops and veterans for the crimes which have been committed by the Bush Cronies as an extension of 9/11, it must raise massive funding for the job to be done by legal approach. 

I am a former dissident Mormon who fought the Mormon Church ban on Black male members holding priesthood. On April 2, 1976 I ordained a young Black man, Larry Lester, before an assembly of media in Portland, Oregon. The event was widely circulated, even globally. I am sure some in Australia will still recall the event. I was excommunicated for this act of insubordination, which was okay with me for I had grown tired of the false claims of Mormonism.  

Two years later, on June 9th, 1978, after my exposing corruption by the Church with the estate of Howard Hughes through the Mormon Mafia leader "Bill Gay" Millenial Messenger March-April 1978, the church reversed its stance by accepting Black males in its priesthood. In doing this it hoped to end my efforts against the church (buying off my support). I refused to end the struggle which would end only when the present conspiracy for theocratic-corporate-fascist world dictatorship was beaten off the face of this globe! 

I had at an early age by way of personal precognition (see Quantum Physics for clarification) become aware of the present scheme of things and with enormous difficulty, in midlife, obtained a law degree and bar membership so that I could be of some use in the present plight of the world. It was with those credentials that I undertook the issue of racism vis-a-vis the Mormon Church as mentioned above. It was by this that I "cut my teeth" so to speak to publicly oppose the entrenched church Oligarchy. 

I raise this issue as you have a Mormon, Steven Jones, speaking at your conference. I met Dr. Jones on June 2, 2006 at the Chicago conference. I told him who I was and he had to glance away because lies about me, which had been circulated by the church, negatively affected his acceptance of me. Notwithstanding that, I told him that I truly admired him for his work and suggested he better watch his back. Shortly after that he was suspended by BYU for his public stance about 9/11. That suspension and ultimate "resignation" after settlement of tenure issues had been resolved, BYU no longer had to be embarrassed by his conduct.

Dr. Jones is a born teacher and it is impossible to ban him from teaching truth. Thank you for inviting him to Australia! Of course BYU is owned and operated by the Mormon Church and these actions against Dr. Jones were taken after a personal visit by George Bush with Mormon Leaders in the fall of 2006.

The recent death of Gordon B. Hinckley has been a godsend for a reality check against the phony war on terrorism. If the new leader of the Mormon Church wants to do what is right for humanity, he must cease to back the violence supported by the Republican Party. He needs to heed the wise research of Dr Jones and in fact give him support. Unlike other Apostles of the Mormon Church, Thomas Monson is a convert in his lifetime to Mormonism and needs to heed this advice if he wants to lead the Church in any form of righteousness. He is the last of the old guard that I fought 30 years ago and is acceptable if he heeds the message previously given. See click here  

In an attempt to get the issue of 9/11 before a Federal court, I filed an action in November 2006 naming US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, joining Steven Jones, James E. Fetzer and Dr. David Ray Griffin as co-defendants. The plan was to use the co-defendants to prove the truth of 9/11 as against the official position of the US administration.  The problem was that while the brass ring had been presented to the co-defendants, they remained silent.

Without their interest and the financing required to prosecute the case before a jury, on April 27, 2007 I dismissed it against the co-defendants.  On May 3rd, the court dismissed it as against Defendant Gonzales and ultimately the lawsuit itself on December 6, 2007. The court offered a kindly suggestion that I might seek relief through the Freedom of Information Act. (I therefore had an impartial court but because of a lack of funding I could not prosecute!!!)  

This is a real problem and unless money is raised for this kind of an approach, all the conferences in the world will not timely stop the march to fascism orchestrated by the Bush Administration. At age 79 I cannot keep up the fight with out massive support. Unless some legal action is taken, political activity such as conferencing will be too little and too late.
