Are these all caused by US attacks? If so, War Crimes.
Were these injuries all caused by US attacks? If so, it looks like War Crimes to me. The rule is pretty simple: if you know that you are going to kill and wound many, many civilians, then an intentional attack becomes terrorism, and you cannot hide behind the excuse of "collateral damage." (Were the three thousand killed on 9/11 merely "collateral damage" from the effort to destroy the buildings?) You must not attack, unless you also know for sure that even more would be killed/wounded if you did not attack (as in Hiroshima/Nagasaki.) The best moral policy is never to start wars, and if someone starts a war against you, you must win it as quickly as you can, with the fewest possible casualties on both sides. Then resume normal peaceful life, as we did with Japan and Germany after WW II.
Unfortunately, we are the naked aggressors in Iraq, so we have no moral standing at all: every bad thing that happens there would not have happened if we had not first started this needless war, justified by deliberate lies. Congress must not allow the Neocons to make the same tragic error again, this time against Iran.
