How to say NO to Bush's planned attack on Iran

Russian sources are predicting that Operation Bite, a massive attack on Iran's nuclear facilities, will take place between April 6th (Good Friday) and April 12. www.rense.com/general75/bite.htm  The attack might include thermonuclear weapons, opening the US to nuclear retaliation from Iran's allies, Russia and China.  In any case, radioactivity and war would quickly engulf the Middle East.
Pelosi and the House Democrats have refused to block this clear violation of international law, removing language from the defense spending bill which would have required Congressional approval prior to such an attack.  Pelosi once again places herself in bed with Bush, enabling his misadventures.
Given this new betrayal by the Democratic party, what can We the People do?
Two members of Congress have asked for massive support to help them stop this disastrous military adventure.
1) Dennis Kucinich has given several speeches saying that Bush's threat against Iran, a country which has made no threats against us, is in itself a violation of international treaties to which the US is signatory, and therefore a violation of the US Constitution, and an impeachable offense.  Given enough encouragement, he will launch a bill asking for impeachment on these grounds.  Vote for him to do this at http://www.democrats.com/kucinich-impeachment-poll
2) Support S. 759, legislation that would prohibit the use of funds for military operations in Iran without the express approval of Congress.  Freshman Senator Jim Webb (D-VA) has introduced this bill.  Call his office to give support, and call your own Senators as well. Phone: (202) 224-4024
Fax: 202-228-6363.
Let's do what we can before it's too late.
Peace, Carol Wolman

Yes, please don't let Bush attack Iran

Carol Wolman has given two specific actions to take, and I hope people will do these things. We're in Tehran trying to go on with life and the Persian New Year holiday, but we just heard the rumors today that a date--April 6--is set. Luckily, the most anxiety-prone members of our extended family don't follow this kind of news, and most of the folks I know here who are interested in politics think Bush is bluffing. But my husband and I had a tentative discussion tonight of where to go if it's true. Actually, there's nowhere to go if they use nuclear weapons. How can we protect our child from the long-term effects? How can anyone protect their children?
I promise you, this is not a fun feeling.
