Thank you Brian O'Farrell for bringing this up. This is one of the many things that constantly fall under the radar because of the corporate owned media who are in collusion to keep the people ignorant.
The Directives mentioned in the "Letter to Editor" can be found on the governments website...parts of which are not specifically stated, only referred to. My House Rep. was denied access when requesting to see it in it's entirety...and as usual denial was stated by the admin. because it was a 'security' issue. As are all things they want to hide (aka:cover their own behinds) since most of what they do is unconstitutional in the first place. The directives, the signing statements, item after item, setting us up for Martial Law.
Please view the DVD "ENDGAME" by Alex Jones. It will fill in a lot of blanks on just where we are being led and it also brings up this military cross training as well as many other things that are going on. Things will suddenly become quite clear on how devious those in charge truly are. Awareness of their participation in one of the most heinous scams ever perpetrated on the American people as well as our equally innocent global communities will shock, sicken and dismay you. Maybe it will make you as angry as it did me. Perhaps if we were all angry it would unite us and their goal of keeping us divided would fail and we could reclaim our country.
