There are now multiple reports from Sunni women that they have been raped by men serving in Iraqi forces. Few issues are more inflammatory in a country and region full of terrorist war, insurgent war, sectarian war and religious war.

It is possible these allegations are contrived propananda. It is possible these allegations are true. It is inexcusable and shameful that Prime Minister Maliki has begun attacking the women. There are some medical records with the U.S. military that are not being released.

The U.S. should appoint former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, also a member of the Baker Hamilton group, to thoroughly review all available information. She should confidentially review U.S. military records and all Iraqi criminal justice records and publicy report her findings.

Maliki has no crediblity and it is typical and shameful that he injects himself in such a biased manner. It is damaging to the U.S. and our "allies" in Iraq that Maliki conducts himself, again, this way.

It is imperative the full force and power of the U.S. be employed, immediately, to get the truth and ensure that justice is done. Let the facts make the case, either way.

Justice O'Connor has impeccable credibility and her full review of all available information would support the idea that America and all honorable men and women want justice to be done, wherever the facts may lead.
