Illegal Immigration - The Hegelian Dialectic in Action

The Hegelian Dialectic, simply defined, is the process by which a problem is created in order for a pre-determined solution to be implemented. This pre-determined solution is intended to advance an agenda, also pre-determined, that people might not normally go along with. For a more detailed definition, click this link.

In the light of this definition, let's look at illegal immigration. The borders are open, and people are screaming for border enforcement. Hmmm.... The obvious reasons a corrupt government would have for not enforcing existing immigration laws and keeping the Mexican borders wide open are:

  • To help bring about the NAU
  • To destroy the existing American economy in the name of globalization
  • To eliminate the middle class

These are all things that we the people are fighting against, and justifiably so. But what if our justified fight against these things is one that has been manufactured by the very people we are fighting against in this corrupt government in order to promote their agenda?

Here is a not so obvious reason for the Mexican borders to remain wide open:

  • To create such a huge illegal immigration problem that the American people will scream for more border enforcement and stricter movement controls

In the name of border enforcement, which we the people are demanding, it does not take a severe stretch of the imagination to understand that the same techniques developed to enforce border controls can and will be used against the American people themselves.

So there you have it - the Hegelian Dialectic in action. Create a huge illegal immigration problem to get the people to demand a solution, develop techniques to control the population as a solution to the problem, then eventually use these same techniques against the people who demanded they be created in the first place. Brilliant.

Time to step out of the Hegelian Dialectic.

Now her business degree sits in her desk drawer, and she counts herself in the category of Writer/Activist. Someday she will make money writing, but that is not why she does it. "I do it because I must. A driving force compels me to reach out to others with what I learn about the condition we the people are in, and that is what I devote my time to. After all, time is the most precious thing we have, and the older I get the more I want to use it wisely." Barbara lives on a small ranch in Oregon with her husband, where they raise geese, chickens, Navajo Churro sheep, Oggie Dog, a variety of cats, and an opinionated Macaw named Rita. She believes that self-sufficiency and localization of food sources will be necessary to survive the coming depression. To this end, she has put up a website to share information at: http://survivingthemiddleclasscrash.wordpress.com. Her philosophy is this: You are on this earth for a reason - to fight for the light. Your words are swords that penetrate the darkness with truth and light. You have a purpose.

Illegal immigration

This is the best article on the subject I have seen. Your right, it's more about controlling us then stopping immigration. Though I will say from my perspective, illegal immigration did result in the overthrow of our government, replaceing of our language and religion. Of course I am speaking from the perspective of a American Indian. Though from what I have seen, most of the people looking for work who don't speak English and are much darker then most North Americans are also American Indians. Just the ones who were attacked before my people then made into slaves.

The author never states in any detail what she thinks the government is going to do to U.S. citizens once the illegal immigration problem is solved.

Do you really think the illegal immigration problem will be solved? As far as what the government is going to do to U.S. citizens, check out any number of websites regarding this government's plutocracy and the headlong dive into fascism. Try this one: http://www.infowars.com.

This article was not intended to be a comprehensive digest of what the government has planned for us, but a take on illegal immigration that has had very little attention.

Of course I don't believe that it will be completely solved. I was referencing what you wrote, specifically:

"techniques to control the population as a solution to the problem, then eventually use these same techniques against the people who demanded they be created in the first place. Brilliant."

Do you really believe that a problem that has been building since the Immigration and Nationality Act amendments of 1965 is something that the U.S. government decided 43 years ago would eventually be used to control the population? What foresight that would be.

Do you see the exponentially growing numbers of immigrants as a problem?

I think that it has been a lot longer than 43 years that a plan has been afoot to relieve the people of their rights. And yes, this took foresight. I also believe that the elite running the U.S. government will use anything they can to get the people of America to willingly give up their rights, or will simply take them by stealth. The illegal immigration problem is just one of the latest developments.

My grandparents immigrated to America from the Ukraine. The only indigenous Americans, in my opinion, are American Indians, and the first illegal immigrants stole their land. If illegal immigrants of today follow that example, then there is a big problem.

Does it make any sense to search little old ladies at airports and demand that they remove their gel shoe inserts in the name of security while doing nothing about border security? We are being manipulated in the vilest sense. By fighting for a good cause, we are actually playing into the hands of people whose agenda is to grab as much wealth and power as they can by destroying countries for profit.

The thugs in charge of our government will use any methods they can to control the people, and the Hegelian Dialectic has been used for a very long time.

Who came up w/ this plan and how has it been passed on? I get it that you are a conspiracy theorist that believes that the government intentionally harms the U.S. and then tries to save it, looking like a hero, yet takes some freedoms away in the process.

I know that being searched at an airport is not the best you can come up with, so what "rights" are you talking about?

For example, on promoting the biometrics program to enhance border security:

Frank E. Moss, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Consular Affairs
Remarks to U.S. House of Representatives Homeland Security Committee, Subcommittee on Economic Security, Infrastructure Protection and Cybersecurity
Washington, DC
June 22, 2005

Chairman Lungren, Ranking Member Sanchez, Distinguished Members of the Subcommittee:

I am pleased to have this opportunity to discuss with you the progress that the Department of State has made in introducing biometric elements to the U.S. passport. This innovation represents a significant enhancement to the security of our borders and international travel. In addition to the inclusion of biometrics in U.S. passports, two other aspects of the Department of State’s passport program are critical to enhancing U.S. national security: the adjudicatory process, and the security features of the passport itself. Taken together, these elements constitute a comprehensive approach to passport security. By making sure that U.S. passports are only issued to American citizens, that they are more difficult to counterfeit and that the bearer of the passport is the same person to whom the passport was issued, the Department of State actively enhances the security of this nation. (link to article)

Sounds really good, doesn't it? However, the implementation of biometrics is not as benign as it sounds.

On its face, this [bioimetrics] truly could have been one of those spectacularly wonderful tools that could have benefited all of us………but we know it isn’t. Like the GPS in your car and your cell phone, it is an identifier that is limitless in its scope. It identifies you, locates you and can now be used to deny you the most basic things so that you come to realize that you must be compliant. (link to article).

A two-edged sword. On the one hand, biometrics can be used for the people's good, and on the other hand, for tracking and recording our every move to be able to more easily control us.

I am a firm believer in the right to privacy. I do not want to be forced to have my personal information implanted in a chip to be available to everyone that I do business with.

Whose dialectic?

It's academic, but annoying, to see such a gross misinterpretation of Hegel and the dialectic. We may not disagree on a solution to illegal immigration (as in fine and/or jail illegal employers), but I’m suspicious of your larger agenda, or the agenda of whomever it is you’re listening to, based as it is on a doctrinaire distortion.

Can you provide a citation for this supposed quote from Hegel? If not, you should remove it from the web site, or encourage the author of the site to do so.

"... the State 'has the supreme right against the individual, whose supreme duty is to be a member of the State... for the right of the world spirit is above all special priveleges.'"

Shirer on Hegel

Barbara,

I got hold of a copy of Shirer and your quote of him is accurate. Unfortunately he doesn't cite his "quote" of Hegel. My books are in storage, so I'll have to get a copy of Hegel's "Philosophy of Right" (Shirer's probable source) from the library. I can say from reading Shirer's take on Hegel that he's completely misunderstood him. Hegel was all about freedom, and he saw a rational state as serving people's interests, and as making freedom possible. The Nazis BURNED Hegel's books. Shirer may be a great historian, but he's a lousy philosopher.

Shirer and Hegel

Barbara,

I've been unable to find anything in the Philosophy of Right that could even be mis-translated to come up with Shirer's quote. Here are two brief quotes that characterize Hegel's actual views on the state:

“individuals have duties to the state in proportion as they have rights against it” – Philosophy of Right p161

“It has often been said that the end of the state is the happiness of the citizens. That is perfectly true.” p281

His basic idea is that the state, insofar as it's true to its purpose, expresses the general will of the citizens. It's not something that stands against them (us). Hegel would have recognized Hitler as a monster, and Hitler would have found nothing in Hegel to justify or rationalize his plans.
