Benedict Rove Reporting For Duty

Who in government thought it would be a good idea to put Karl Rove, a man under federal investigation for treason because he is suspected of outing a CIA undercover special intelligence agent and her group of covert experts on WMDs, to supervise the spending of $62 billion U.S. taxpayer dollars repairing the FEMA disaster of the busted levee system? Same guy who hired Mike Brown? [Note: N.O. survived Katrina -- Bush & GOP policies flooded the place!!] News Flash: Rove has no disaster relief experience either except the political kind.

Folks, this is the proverbial 'hand-writing on the wall' -- all decisions made by 'Benedict Rove' will be prioritized according to his ability to 'positively' spin them for a presidency and a party on the verge of collapse. People of New Orleans, you are about to get screwed big time... Bush cronies will be descending on your fair city -- taking your jobs, your tax dollars, and rebuilding it in their own pathetic, extreme fundamentalist image. Bush wants to turn his 'faith-based' fundamentalist followers into your mortgage and financial brokers. The rebuilding of New Orleans is to be a “faith-based” initiative. Survivors’ ability to appear 'piously Christian Republican' may determine whether they get monies to rebuild or not. And if you think the Bush administration is going after the insurance companies that are refusing to pay for the Corp of Engineer’s 'Bush-sponsored' flood damages, you are delusional. Think about it... Mardi Gras master-of-ceremonies -- Pat Robertson? UHMMM!!!

I've spent much of the last 4 years saying 'I told you so' to poor souls who voted for Bush. Glad to say, some are finally seeing the light. But New Orleans, it gives no pleasure to have to tell you that you are so screwed again. And it gives me no pleasure to know I will spend the next three years saying, 'I told you so.’
