An assessment by U.S. intelligence agencies released Aug. 31 concluded that Iraq's political leaders still can't govern effectively even as the addition of 30,000 more U.S. troops this year is helping curb sectarian violence.

The report has increased pressure on Bush from congressional Democrats and some Republicans, who are calling for the administration to begin a gradual withdrawal of forces ~ but Bush refuses to face the possibility of failure and is more than willing to risk more American, Iraqi and quite possibly Iranian lives in his march toward armageddon, while the world cringes.

The Bush Strut Just doesn't do IT !'

The American People Of this United States Of America are not looking for any sort of 'Exchange' for actions of Impeachment of this prez. and Vice-prez...It is Impeachment..loud and clear..that is expecting to be forthcoming from this 'Slow to Get the Message-Congress.' Time is wasting. You had your Months' vacation..( while bush was lolling around, enjoying His Free Time.) He made his Quickie Sneak in & Out Photo-op to Iraq ..( Tho was at a quiet spot for his helicopter to set down.. one he could vacate in a matter of seconds ! ] Not like the poor soldiers he has stuck there to be sitting ducks. Why did he and Condi Really make this expensive 'journey ?' Was it to Get his Story to Jive with Petraeus, beforehand..and with no danger of being eave-dropped on ! O well. What do we expect to get out of a miserable draft-dodger like him, anyway ? I don't believe we have enough military fighting men who would willingly follow him anywhere now. He has proven himself to the whole world that he is a coward and a most unworthy excuse for a man. Many millions of people , will be glad to see him hung for his crimes against this country..and the world. If the Iraqi People had known he was on their soil, he would not have made it off again. ( Hence, the Sneak Trip ! ) Just imagine how many 'suicide' Bombers would have loved that opportunity to be a true martyr for their country ! Way to Go ! VGF

i am retired military veteran. i served over 25 years in the Unites States Army. i retired in 1983. i served in the vietnam war. a total of 27 months in that war. i also retired from Boeing aircraft. i am 68 years old. i live in texas. iwork out on my treadmill each day. i am married. i like politics. but i dont like what is going on in our government. we need a better government with politicans that answer to the people of america. after all this is our government. Just like Bush a spinless person. he was a spineless moron who dogged the vietnam war. now he play big with other peoples lives. to bad he is commander and thief of this country. america could not have done worse then Bush.
