Three Dead and severely wounded American soldiers in Iraq ~ Are they being correctly reported ?
It's not a matter of what is true that counts but a matter of what is perceived to be true : Henry Kissinger The perception of truth is the ongoing mantra of the Cheney/Bush administration for their greatest enemy is the truth and they will go to any lengths to avoid it ~ as witnessed by their stonewalling of the 9/11 commission as well as the Pat Tillman wrongful death inquiry.
But this one borders on being morally traitorous. Torin Wolf has a broad and varied background as a US Army Combat Nurse during Operation Iraqi Freedom and reveals that the actual count of dead American troops numbers is around 15,000-17,000, not the 3,600 we have been told. “If you get shot in combat – Bam! Clock goes off. If you die in transit [to a hospital out of Iraq such as Ramstein in Germany] you are not an official Iraq casualty.” The same holds true if the troops out of the country die 24 hours after they were hit in Iraq. The official troop death number is just those that have died in action on the ground. http://prisonplanet.com/articles/july2007/310707expert.html Ask your congressman, during their August recess, to check this out because this has the ring of truth and would be typical for the Cheney/Bush White House crime syndicate ~ who will hide the truth at all costs. And now you know why the Pentagon does not allow filming of the caskets when they arrive at Dover air force base ~ they can't be counted.
Think 9/11, WMD's, Iraq, Pat Tillman, Katrina and now lowballing American combat deaths ~ it all fits their pattern of deception perfectly and must be delt with now !
We must settle no more for the perception of truth ~ but insist on the truth at all costs particularly when it comes to the deaths of American soldiers fighting George Bush's illegal and unjust war in Iraq .
