Dumbing Down? Is That Really What It Is?

New books and interviews assaulting Americans apparent lack of so called real knowledge are being pushed today on TV and Media. Statistics showing so many people don't know where Iraq is on a map seem to alarm all these self appointed experts. What's wrong with people? Why don't they want to learn? The State has set up all these Libraries and curriculums and no one in interested. Why oh Why? And of course we have the Left blaming the Right and The Right blaming the Left. Truth is the answer is very simple. All this "education", inculcation, programming and so called "standards" that come from the Steeples or Ivory Towers on high are being rejected by Americans in droves. People want to learn what they want to learn when they want to learn it. People do not want to told what's important to learn and that they must learn it.

What people hate is having their decisions made for them about what they must know because they feel it also implies who and what they must be or become. People hate having their independence, choice and initiative stripped from them in the diploma mills of conformity or the churchs with their proscribed body of knowledge mandatory for salvation. It's the ultimate expression of anti establishment sentiment to reject the Institutional learning mandates of both church and state. I see this as a healthy sign that individualism is still alive and well in American hearts.

It's a sign that there are many people who want to live their lives the way that they want to. They do not want to be a cog in someone Else's wheel house. Take your standardized tests, admission requirements, accepting Jesus, Bar Mitzvas and prayer mats and get off of my back. How will the Church and State respond? I suppose they will ratchet up the penalties for non compliance by making their schlock even more mandatory for economic participation in the Business world of life. So far, in America people with their own initiative have been able to find their own way to success without all the pedigrees of State and Church. But that can always change or be made even more difficult.

In fact all this anti terror legislation which is eroding American civil liberties could be useful for just such an effort by the Government to further intrude and micro mangage people's lives. The IRS is still always ready to take down another who's been marked. The tools are already there and along with the media, individuals are being destroyed everyday. So it's easy to see how it could become even more draconian with these new tools.

No, it's not knowledge or learning that's being rejected, it's someone dictating to someone else what knowledge and learning must be that's being rejected. You think we don't know that that the ultimate battle being waged by the parasitic control freak State - Church Establishment is the battle for our minds? The Establishment is being rejected and these reports are the warning shot that the stakes are being raised. You will be good little Fascist-Communist minions or you could starve or be locked up. Either think and believe what we tell you to or you can be eliminated.

14 years and 18 years

There is some research basis for the notion that the human brain sheds certain functions if they haven't been developed by ages 14 and 18.  Crook media is probably very much aware of this and that is one of the reasons why it always aims for the 14 year old audience.

Educated people talk, read, write, and think.  All of these activities are suppressed and ridiculed as "intellectual", and the blaring TV makes them almost impossible in childhood.

the dumb cake gets iced

the worst part of this dumbing down is that we are all expected to participate in it.we have been told to accept the greatest lie of our generation., of generations actually. We have been told to accept as truth a lie so gross so unreal as to mock the educated sense that screams to us of its lie in the first place. 911. A "collapse".  what an insult!

Then, just to ice the dumb cake, we are told if we don't accept the lie as truth, we are a terrorist.

by a man who uses the word freedom alot.
