On this past Mothers Day (2006), I was hoping to find a simple little Mothers Day song to sing to various mothers I know (my own mother having passed away). I wanted to find something similar to "Happy Birthday To You," which would be short, happy, simple, easy to remember. But I couldn't seem to find anything like that. Suddenly this melody popped into my head, and I wrote it down and made a MIDI file of it. Then came the words.
Here it is, placed in the Public Domain for everyone to use freely. Enjoy.
