America facing untold financial damage from the sub prime scandals will be hard pressed to come up with the trillions of dollars needed for the climate change issue unless it stops investing more than the rest of the world combined on military hardware.

Which would mean all those defense contractors would be laying off people at the worse time possible for the American Economy, No. Not much chance of that happening, now that the Neocons have antagonized half of the world, and seriously damaged relations with the rest of the world.

The Neocon plot to lay oil and gas pipelines across Afghanistan is bogged down in war without end. Seems that plan is moving too slow, so in the meantime , Bush would like to shower his buddies by opening up the country's National forests. Of course at the expense of the environment .
The forests of Colorado and Alaska will be mowed down to make way for quick profits according to Earth's best Defense .
