Once we stop denying love and realize love and joy lie deepest within ourselves, beneath our fears and pain ~ self healing can rapidly occur and without having to see a therapist : Allen L Roland, Ph.D
I have been practicing short term self-healing therapy for over 30 years and I am continually amazed at how quickly my clients can heal themselves ~ once they take responsibility for love.
My PhD dissertation ( THE UNIFIED FIELD ), which was later published as a book Radical Therapy, Surrender to Love and Heal Yourself in seven sessions ( not seven years ), fully explains my seven sessions as well as the simple tools and exercises I use to facilitate self healing.
I use the term ' Radical ' in terms of proceeding from the root or reaching for the center or ultimate source ~ which I define as THE UNIFIED FIELD or a state of Love and Soul Consciousness.
Until recently, I have had clients fly or drive into Sonoma, California to accomplish these sessions but now over 40% of my work as a psychotherapist ( my seven sessions ) is being done on the phone ~ which is not only much cheaper but easier to schedule. My desire this year is to have 75% of my therapy work done on the phone which leaves more time for my writing.
My goal is to reach as many people as possible and particularly those who are financially burdened ~ for my sliding scale for one hour telephone sessions is considerably cheaper than my 90 minute personal sessions rate and the results are quite similar . Remember, all a therapist ( or coach, which I prefer to call myself ) can do is lead you to a place of another choice but since my therapy is action oriented ~ that experience happens quite rapidly as long as you do your homework .
