An important read, IMO, because nothing takes the place of field work, when it comes to investigating election issues. Also, it helps get the facts to the public, so that we can understand what we are dealing with and how better to solve it.
 
The theory just doesn't work when it comes to the election issue and addressing the root of the problem and not just the symptoms.
