Today has been a great day - very slow. Arkansas counties are knocking the cobwebs off of their lever machines and/or sharpening their #2 pencils in preparation for early voting which begins tomorrow. Cuyahoga County has finally finished counting their ballots. That's five days to hand count somewhere between 15 and 17 thousand paper ballots....
