Unfortunately, you can't

There is a thing called judicial review, a process by which the courts approve or refuse to approve a mechanical or electronic device for law enforcement or other government usage where accuracy is a requirement. Once a device receives approval from the courts, it's accuracy is considered above reproach and all legal challenges as to it's usage will be immediately dismissed.
