Some shortsighted liberals want to close Gitmo, but a prison is a terrible thing to waste.

Once the current occupants move out dot com, or move on dot Org, the senior citizens organization, Wrinkles, is sponsoring a contest to determine who should take their place.

To enter the contest, please submit five nominees by Feb. 5th, 2008.  First place wins lunch with Dick Chaney. Second place wins lunch with Dick Chaney and Alberto Gonzales. Sorry, no third place prize.

Judging the contest will be Justices Scalia, Roberts, and Thomas and their decision is final. Winners will be announced during the Republican Convention.

About the contest sponsor: Wrinkles is an advocacy group for seniors, founded after the AARP sold us out to became insurance salesmen and drug pimps for big pharmacy. The Wrinkles slogan is, "Don't trust anyone under sixty."

To get the contest underway, my five nominees to be sent to Gitmo are:

1.   Ralph Nader

2.   Joe Liberman

3.    Dr. Phil

4.    Harry Reed

5.   Nancy Pelolsi

Good luck to all contestants. As they say in Chicago, enter early and enter often, or God bless Mayor Daily; I forget which.
